Why did someone thumb this guy down? There are other picks than your regular picks. He is referring to FINGERPICKS. Very great tools for guitar, just google fingerpicks and you’ll see what it is.

If you dont play with nails, use low tension strings
Nails aren’t essential, Tarrega didn’t play with them! But I much prefer the feeling and sound from playing with nails.

dont just grow them …
dont just grow them out, if you do that they will be square, and weak, theyll break and have uneven sounds. When you grow your nails use a file to round them off, its very important, itll only take about 2 weeks to get to a point where you can use your nails
