    Sure a nice guitar always helps but without viewing your technique that is a tough question to answer. Do you lift your playing hand off the guitar too soon and not let the not breathe? Perhaps your picking hand is muting the strings by accident?

    thanks so much for doing this. the one question i have is when i play the 8th and 16th notes they sound very short and seperated. is there a technique that you use to get that full sound? does having a nice guitar help?

    Might be a matter of opinion but this really has nothing to do with Canon Rock whatsoever…. “Canon Rock” is awesome but this is an interpretation of the original score and in actuality was recorded a few years prior to the Canon Rock phenomenon (for what it’s worth… LOL)
